Every product purchased from Mobipartz is covered by our 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.

What's Covered

Functional Failures

Products that stop working or malfunction under normal operating conditions.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products that don't work when first received (must be reported within 48 hours).

Compatibility Issues

Parts that are incompatible despite being listed as compatible (verification required).

What's NOT Covered

Physical Damage

Cracks, scratches, dents, or any physical damage caused by drops, impact, or mishandling.

Liquid Damage

Any damage caused by exposure to liquids, moisture, or water.

Improper Installation

Damage resulting from incorrect installation or use of improper tools.

Unauthorized Repairs

Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Normal Wear and Tear

Gradual degradation or aging of parts over time with regular use.

How to File a Warranty Claim
