7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Important: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Eligible for Return

  • Products in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Products with sealed packaging that remain unopened

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, installed, or opened products (except for defective items)
  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

How to Return

Get Authorization

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.

Pack Securely

Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RAN inside the package.

Ship Back

Ship the product to the address provided in your RAN email. Keep the tracking number for reference.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns of opened or used items (except for defective products).
